Refund Policy

Failed renders are refunded automatically

Ten credits make one AI rap video. If a render fails or times out, the credits go back to your account automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credits

Credits from one-time packs never expire. If you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund the payment in full.

Used credits

A video that rendered successfully uses its credits. We do not refund used credits because each render has a real compute cost. If a video came out broken (no lip-sync, frozen face, silent audio), email us the video link and we will return the credits.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops the next charge; credits from the current period stay usable until it ends. We do not refund partial periods.

How to ask

Email support@airapvideocreator.net from the address on your account, with the order date and what went wrong. We reply within two business days.
