Contact and Report a Video

Contact us

Email support@airapvideocreator.net for anything about your account, a video, billing or your data. Write from the email address you signed in with, so we can find your account.

This is the only official contact for AI Rap Video Creator at airapvideocreator.net. We are not affiliated with other sites that use a similar name, and we cannot help with accounts or payments on those sites.

Report a video

Email support@airapvideocreator.net with the subject "Report" if a video made here:

• shows you, or someone you represent, without consent;
• shows a minor or impersonates a public figure;
• contains hateful, sexual or threatening content.

Include the video link or a screen recording, and say why it breaks the rules. We review every report, delete videos that break our rules, and close the accounts that made them.

Delete your photos or videos

Uploaded photos are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. To delete your finished videos or your whole account sooner, email us from your account address. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Billing and refunds

A failed render is refunded as credits automatically. For anything else about a payment, see the Refund Policy or email us with your order date and the email you paid with.
